Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders for high profile high volume accounts.

* Prepare correspondence professionally to customers and co-workers.

* Analyze, document and report customer performance measurements.

* Develop strong working relationship with customers.

* Participating in on-going training and development for best practices within customer service and customer accounts.

* Interpreting customer inventory data to generate customer orders and exceed service level goals.

* Positive customer service attitude.

* Other associated duties as determined by the Customer Service Manager for Piolax’s continued success.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

"Must have strong Experience on Customer Services , Experience managing customers accounts ,Knowledge on SAP prefered , this job is not a call center , the job is to manage accounts of customers from the Automotive field ,help Customers to process their purchases orders and support customers to meet their needs. "

* High School Diploma or GED required.

* Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.

* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

* Knowledge of relevant computer applications (SAP, EDI, Excel, E-mail).

* Interpersonal skills.

* Communication skills - verbal and written.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.
