• Analyze and coordinate all data related to the PPAP and NMR's of new and revised products.
• Ensure deadlines are met at the plant locations and milestones are communicated in an effective manner.
• Maintain strong customer and supplier relations and a positive customer service attitude.
• Ensure that project and control documentation is compliant with requirements and contracts.
• Aid in creation of PPAP and ISIR/APA Workplans for all affected team members and communicate all requirements to each affected department including; Gage R&R, Run at Rate/Cpk/PPk, Dimensional and Performance Characteristics, Validation, Material Certifications, FMEA/DFMEA, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams/Control Plans, Master Samples.
• Complete and/or collect other data for PPAP completion including: RCA’s, SREAs, WERS Alerts/Concerns, Engineering Drawings, CAD Data, Inspection Standards and Installation Instructions.
• Participating in team progress meetings, Project Kickoff/Engineering Meetings, SPMP Schedule Creation and update meetings.

· Communicating with Customers throughout the PPAP or ISIR/APA production part approval process.

· Complete Test Request Form and IMDS

• SAP Document Management
• Test Report preparation
• Other associated duties.

Salary: salary range here:$18-$20 per Hr

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED required

· 5 years experience in an automotive quality field preferred.

• Proven experience in PPAP and NMR's and the ability to communicate effectively are also required.
• Knowledge of SAP software
• Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, Flow Charts, Process Flow Diagrams, Six Sigma Tools/Techniques Usage, SPC knowledge and applicability, and product troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, Access, Internet,). we Require knoledge Excel as the most Important at least the basics
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interact with customers, coworkers and contractors in a polite and professional manner.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks independently.
• Working knowledge of TS 16949 standards and principles.
